ABOUT THE ROLE

ML token is a live asset with real on-chain activity, and the tokenomics framework upgrade lands in Q1 2026. Token Factory incentive design is under active development. Interest.One's fund token structures need quantitative modeling. The Tokenomics Strategist owns all three.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Model and optimize the ML tokenomics framework upgrade: supply schedule, staking mechanics, inflation parameters, and governance weight design
• Design token incentive structures for Token Factory: issuer incentives, liquidity provider rewards, and ecosystem grant allocations
• Develop Interest.One fund token structures: model conversion mechanics, vesting schedules, and regulatory treatment analysis
• Produce institutional-grade tokenomics documentation for investor, regulatory, and community audiences
• Build and maintain the ML token financial model
• Advise the Head of Capital Strategy on ML token treasury strategy
• Monitor on-chain token metrics and produce regular tokenomics health reports

WHAT YOU BRING

• Prior tokenomics design experience on a live protocol with real on-chain activity
• Strong financial modeling — Excel and Python required
• Understanding of token-to-equity conversion structures and vesting mechanics
• Familiarity with at least one regulatory framework for token classification
