ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to oversee a portfolio of infrastructure products and developer tools within the Mintlayer ecosystem. Based in our Dubai hub, you will manage the product lifecycle for specialized infrastructure components, turning technical requirements into actionable roadmaps and ensuring our engineers are always focused on the highest-priority tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Backlog Ownership: create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog for various infrastructure-focused engineering teams
- Stakeholder Alignment: coordinate with ecosystem leads to ensure that technical tool development supports the broader network roadmap
- Sprint Planning: work closely with Technical Project Managers to ensure team velocity is optimized and blockers are removed
- Technical Scoping: translate high-level technical needs into detailed functional specifications for development teams
- Quality Assurance: define clear acceptance criteria and validate that delivered features meet required technical and security standards
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Technical PM, ideally within blockchain infrastructure, cloud services, or backend-heavy SaaS
- You understand the fundamentals of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems and can hold meaningful technical discussions with Go and JS engineers
- Mastery of Scrum or Kanban methodologies; expert at backlog grooming and prioritization
- Excel at breaking down complex technical epics into manageable sprints
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai
