ABOUT THE ROLE

Some of Mintlayer's most valuable partnerships are not standard commercial deals. Technology licensing with institutional data providers, co-investment structures with regulated fund managers, and regulatory sandbox programs with ADGM's innovation office require deal architecture that goes well beyond a signed services agreement.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Identify and evaluate strategic alliance opportunities across technology, regulatory, distribution, and co-investment categories
• Structure and negotiate alliance agreements: JVs, co-distribution, technology licensing, and co-investment frameworks
• Build and maintain relationships with alliance partners in institutional finance and crypto infrastructure
• Develop the analytical framework for evaluating alliance ROI
• Coordinate with the Head of Legal on alliance agreement terms and IP implications
• Maintain the strategic alliances pipeline and produce regular reporting for the executive team
• Represent Mintlayer in alliance engagements at conferences and industry working groups

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years strategic alliances, corporate development, or senior BD
• Experience structuring JVs, co-distribution, or technology licensing agreements
• Comfort navigating both crypto-native and TradFi institutional contexts
• Strong analytical approach to evaluating alliance return on investment
