ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical bridge between our engineering teams and our global customers. Based in our Dubai hub, you will be the face of Mintlayer Web Services for enterprise clients, partners, and developers. You will handle everything from creating complex quotations and integration plans to overseeing technical support and developing Gold Standard code examples.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enterprise Onboarding: work with institutional clients to design their migration or launch strategy on MWS
- Quotations & Scoping: manage the technical side of the sales process, providing accurate resource estimates and project quotations
- Documentation & Examples: lead the creation of technical documentation, SDK guides, and best practice code examples
- Technical Support Oversight: act as the final point of escalation for high-level customer support tickets
- Feedback Loop: partner with the MWS Product and AI teams to advocate for customer-requested features
- Market Representative: represent Mintlayer at technical conferences and workshops in the MENA region and globally
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong background in Go, JavaScript, and cloud infrastructure — able to explain complex blockchain concepts to both CTOs and junior developers
- Proven track record in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a similar role managing high-value client relationships
- Experience in resource estimation and creating detailed technical quotations for enterprise-scale projects
- Ability to diagnose a customer's integration issue and provide a working code example or architectural fix in real-time
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai
