ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager focusing on managing and moderating our Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord channels. This role is pivotal in engaging with our community, answering questions, and helping solve issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and moderate Mintlayer's presence on Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and Discord
• Actively interact with community members by answering questions and facilitating discussions
• Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and community insights
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to maintain a consistent brand voice
• Address and resolve community issues, providing timely and accurate responses

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in social media management and community moderation
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple social media channels in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the blockchain and finance sectors
