ABOUT THE ROLE

Real-world asset tokenization is the most significant structural change coming to institutional finance this decade. Mintlayer is building the platform that makes it possible — and the senior BD professional who owns this space gets to be at the centre of that transformation.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Build and own the BD pipeline for MWS RWA tokenization clients: real estate fund managers, infrastructure asset owners, and institutional originators
• Drive Interest.One's Real Estate Fund LP pipeline
• Own the full BD cycle for RWA clients from initial qualification through to signed MWS service agreement
• Develop account plans for target RWA issuers
• Collaborate with the RWA Structuring Lead on client requirements translation and deal structuring
• Represent MWS at real estate finance, infrastructure investment, and tokenization industry events
• Brief the Head of Tokenization on market feedback to inform the MWS product roadmap

WHAT YOU BRING

• 6+ years in real estate finance, structured finance, or alternative asset management
• Relationships with REIT managers, real estate family offices, or infrastructure funds
• Understanding of tokenized securities mechanics
• Navigates both TradFi and blockchain-native counterparties without friction
