ABOUT THE ROLE
The tokenization of real-world assets is the most structurally significant change coming to institutional finance in this decade. The RWA Structuring Lead translates the structuring requirements of institutional asset owners into protocol-level specifications — mapping SPVs, ABS structures, and institutional fund vehicles onto MLS token standards.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Design compliant tokenized asset structures for MWS clients across real estate, healthcare, AI deep tech, and defense
- Work with issuers and their legal counsel to translate existing asset structures into MLS-compatible tokenization frameworks
- Define legal and structural requirements for each MWS asset class with the Head of Legal
- Produce term sheets and structuring proposals for prospective MWS issuers
- Review and approve tokenization structure designs for new asset offerings
- Build and maintain the MWS structuring playbook: reusable frameworks for each asset class
- Advise the Head of Tokenization on asset class strategy
WHAT YOU BRING
- Investment banking, structured finance, or securitization background — 5+ years
- Experience structuring special purpose vehicles, ABS, or similar instruments
- Understanding of tokenization mechanics and how TradFi structures map to on-chain equivalents
- Relationships with asset owners or originators preferred
