ABOUT THE ROLE
Five protocol products are approaching or actively in market launch: Mojito Wallet, Token Factory, ZK Thunder, the DEX, and MWS. Each has a distinct audience and needs positioning, launch execution, and competitive analysis that actually lands. The Product Marketing Manager owns all five go-to-markets.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Develop positioning and messaging frameworks for all core Mintlayer products
- Build and execute product launch playbooks for Q1–Q4 2026 protocol launches
- Produce developer-facing product content: technical blog posts, API documentation overviews, and integration guides
- Lead competitive analysis: track and assess positioning of comparable Layer-2 protocols and RWA tokenization platforms
- Define product marketing KPIs and tie campaign performance to acquisition and activation metrics
- Collaborate with the PR Director on product launch media strategy
- Produce sales enablement materials for MWS enterprise client conversations
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years product marketing in crypto, SaaS, or developer tools
- Comfortable writing both technical documentation and consumer-facing copy
- Experience with product launch campaigns in competitive crypto markets
- Data-driven — ties campaigns to acquisition and activation metrics
