ABOUT THE ROLE

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Product Manager to play a crucial role in guiding our product development and strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of products, ensuring they align with Mintlayer's vision and customer expectations
• Collaborate closely with both the management and development teams
• Develop strategies to enhance product performance and market penetration
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders
• Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback, translating it into product improvements

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused company, ideally within the blockchain or finance sector
• Strong understanding of Web 2.0 development strategies and frameworks
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
