The Role:

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Product Manager to play a crucial role in guiding our product development and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of products, ensuring they align with Mintlayer’s vision and customer expectations.
Collaborate closely with both the management and development teams to align product vision and deliverables.
Develop strategies to enhance product performance and market penetration in the blockchain space.
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and competitor movements in the blockchain and finance sectors.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating product features and updates.
Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder feedback, translating it into product improvements.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-focused company, ideally within the blockchain or finance sector.
Strong understanding of Web 2.0 development strategies and frameworks.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
