ABOUT THE ROLE

Three portfolio manager positions with distinct mandates within Interest.One's Bitcoin yield strategy: Bitcoin-secured institutional and DeFi lending, options and structured notes on BTC, and on-chain yield through DeFi protocols and liquidity provision. Each Portfolio Manager owns their mandate, runs their positions, and contributes to the fund.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Own portfolio construction and execution within an assigned BTC yield strategy mandate
• Manage positions within defined risk parameters: position limits, counterparty exposure caps, and drawdown triggers
• Produce investment memoranda for new positions and strategy adjustments
• Monitor portfolio performance metrics daily and produce regular performance attribution reports
• Conduct counterparty due diligence on lending partners, DeFi protocols, and OTC trading counterparties
• Contribute to fund risk framework development
• Research and evaluate new yield strategy opportunities as the Bitcoin ecosystem evolves

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years portfolio management or trading in digital assets
• Deep understanding of Bitcoin yield mechanics: lending, options, on-chain DeFi
• Risk management framework experience
• CFA or CAIA preferred but not mandatory for exceptional track records
