ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Design and operate Mintlayer's employee wellbeing programs: EAP partnerships, mental health resource access, and one-to-one support frameworks
  • Develop burnout prevention frameworks appropriate to a high-intensity startup environment
  • Build cultural rituals that create connection and belonging across a distributed global team
  • Conduct regular wellbeing check-ins and maintain confidential records
  • Advise the Head of HR on organizational design decisions with wellbeing implications
  • Produce wellbeing metrics reports for senior leadership at appropriate levels of anonymization
  • Build and maintain relationships with mental health professionals and wellbeing service providers

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Qualified in psychology, counselling, or occupational health (or equivalent lived expertise)
  • Experience designing wellbeing programs in high-pressure startup or finance environments
  • High emotional intelligence and genuine care for team sustainability
  • Discretion and trust are non-negotiable — this role carries sensitive information
