ABOUT THE ROLE

The IR Officer works directly with the IR Director and Manager on a live Pre-Series A and the launch of the region's most ambitious Bitcoin finance platform. The meetings you schedule, the documents you manage, and the CRM you maintain are all real — not training exercises.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Manage investor meeting scheduling and logistics for the IR Director and senior leadership
• Maintain document management for the investor data room
• Update the investor CRM with meeting notes, commitment tracking, and follow-up actions
• Support drafting and production of quarterly LP reports and investor updates
• Manage the inbound investor inquiry inbox
• Assist with roadshow preparation: travel and meeting logistics
• Build toward the Manager role by progressively taking ownership of correspondence and reporting

WHAT YOU BRING

• 2+ years in finance, IR support, or institutional client services
• Highly organized and responsive under deadline pressure
• Strong writing skills — assists on LP communication drafts
• Interest in crypto and digital assets required
