ABOUT THE ROLE
Mintlayer's institutional investor base is being built right now — and the relationships formed in the next twelve months will define the company's capital trajectory for the next decade. The IR Director builds the infrastructure that makes those relationships possible: the data room, the LP communications architecture, the reporting cadence, and the roadshow presence that turns institutional interest into committed capital.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Own the Pre-Series A close process: investor pipeline, data room, due diligence coordination, and roadshow scheduling
- Build and operate LP communications infrastructure for Interest.One: quarterly letters, capital call documentation, NAV reporting
- Develop and maintain the Mintlayer investor data room
- Manage the investor CRM and ensure all interactions are tracked to institutional standard
- Prepare investor presentation materials with the Head of Capital Strategy
- Build relationships with GCC and European institutional investor networks
- Report to the Head of Capital Strategy and CEO on investor pipeline and LP sentiment
WHAT YOU BRING
- 7+ years investor relations, fundraising, or institutional capital markets
- Experience managing LP relationships in VC, PE, or digital asset funds
- Exceptional written communication — quarterly LP letters and data room narratives
- GCC and European institutional investor network preferred
