Mintlayer's institutional audience reads Bloomberg Intelligence and evaluates whitepapers the way they evaluate analyst reports. The content produced here lands in the inboxes of investment committees, LP communications, and sovereign wealth fund research teams. If you have ever wanted your writing to influence decisions that move real capital, this is where that happens.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Own Mintlayer's institutional content output: research reports, whitepapers, market commentary, and thought leadership articles
• Write quarterly LP letters for Interest.One fund investors
• Produce protocol deep-dive documents for institutional technical audiences
• Develop the editorial calendar with the PR Director
• Write and edit executive bylines for placement in financial and crypto media
• Review and elevate content quality across all Mintlayer publications
• Build and maintain Mintlayer's institutional content library as a BD and IR resource

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years financial writing, institutional research, or journalism
• Track record of work in Bloomberg, FT, Institutional Investor, or equivalent
• Deep understanding of digital assets, tokenization, or Bitcoin infrastructure
• Natural, varied writing voice — no LLM patterns, no predictable sentence structures
