ABOUT THE ROLE
Bitcoin-collateralized yield is one of the most compelling investment strategies available to institutional allocators right now — and Interest.One is building the regulated Abu Dhabi-based vehicle that delivers it. The Head of Digital Asset Fund leads the flagship fund: portfolio construction across Bitcoin-secured lending, on-chain DeFi yield, and structured digital asset exposure.
This is the face of Interest.One to the sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and HNWI allocators who make up the LP base. You are building a fund management track record in one of the most dynamic asset categories in the world, in the most progressive regulatory environment for digital assets on the planet.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Lead Interest.One's digital asset fund: portfolio construction, investment decision-making, and risk management framework
- Own LP communications: quarterly letters, capital call documentation, NAV reporting, and institutional LP meetings
- Develop Bitcoin-collateralized yield strategies across lending, on-chain DeFi, and structured product categories
- Manage the fund's risk framework: position limits, counterparty exposure, liquidity management, and drawdown protocols
- Hire and manage the Portfolio Manager team (three BTC Strategist positions)
- Ensure regulatory compliance with ADGM fund management requirements
- Brief the board and Head of Capital Strategy on fund performance and market outlook
WHAT YOU BRING
- CFA or equivalent — institutional asset management background required
- 5+ years portfolio management with digital assets or alternative investments
- Experience managing LP relationships and producing institutional-grade reporting
- Deep understanding of Bitcoin-collateralized lending and on-chain yield strategies
