ABOUT THE ROLE
Mintlayer is closing a Pre-Series A at a $1.5 billion target valuation. Interest.One is deploying its first fund vehicles. Abu Dhabi is home to some of the largest pools of institutional capital in the world, and the region's sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and HNWI allocators are actively looking for what Mintlayer represents. The Head of Capital Strategy turns that alignment into committed capital.
The convergence of institutional finance and on-chain infrastructure is early but accelerating. The people who build the capital relationships now — before the category is crowded — will define how the industry's most important capital flows. You will be one of them.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Lead execution of the Pre-Series A close: data room management, investor outreach, due diligence coordination, and term sheet negotiation
- Build and manage the institutional LP pipeline for all Interest.One fund vehicles
- Own and develop relationships with GCC institutional investors: sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and HNWI allocators
- Own ML token treasury strategy in coordination with the tokenomics team: allocation timing and liquidity management
- Build the financial models and investor presentation materials for institutional investment committees
- Coordinate with the Head of Legal on fund documentation, term sheet structures, and investor rights frameworks
- Report to the CEO and board on capital pipeline status, fundraising milestones, and treasury position
WHAT YOU BRING
- Series A or B fundraising experience, or institutional capital markets background
- Network in GCC institutional finance: sovereign wealth, family offices, HNWI allocators
- Understanding of token-to-equity conversion structures and digital asset fund mechanics
- Experience presenting to investment committees at institutional level
