ABOUT THE ROLE

ML token liquidity, Interest.One product listings, and MWS tokenized asset distribution all depend on exchange relationships that are built properly — genuine commercial partnerships with market-making agreements, co-marketing commitments, and long-term BD relationships with tier-1 exchange teams.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Own Mintlayer's exchange partnership strategy across CEX and DEX channels
• Manage ML token listing processes at target exchanges
• Negotiate market-making agreements for ML token liquidity
• Build and maintain relationships with the BD and listing teams at major centralized exchanges
• Structure and execute DEX integration agreements for ML token liquidity pools
• Develop co-marketing programs with exchange partners
• Report on exchange partnership performance: ML token liquidity metrics, trading volume, and partnership ROI

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4+ years crypto exchange partnerships, listing management, or market structure
• Existing relationships with major CEX business development teams
• Understanding of market-making, liquidity provision, and listing requirements
• Strong negotiation skills for commercial exchange agreements
