ABOUT THE ROLE
The most durable growth for any financial infrastructure protocol comes from embedding its rails into products that millions of people already use. The Embedded Finance Lead builds and owns that channel — working with neobanks, B2B platforms, and payment systems that want on-chain programmable finance without building the infrastructure themselves.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Build and own the embedded finance partnership pipeline
- Manage the integration process from commercial agreement through to production go-live
- Develop the commercial model and pricing structure for embedded finance partnerships
- Act as technical point of contact for embedded partners during integration
- Build the embedded finance partner onboarding playbook
- Track embedded finance partnership performance
- Identify new embedded finance use cases as the protocol roadmap develops
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years in embedded finance, API partnerships, or fintech integrations
- Understanding of how financial services embed third-party infrastructure at scale
- Technical fluency — reviews API documentation and integration specifications directly
- Experience managing enterprise integration pipelines to completion
