ABOUT THE ROLE

The Mintlayer ecosystem program touches dozens of projects simultaneously — grant applicants, integration partners, hackathon participants, and protocol builders at different stages. The Ecosystem Manager is the operational core that makes the program run.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Run day-to-day operations of the Mintlayer ecosystem grants program
• Onboard new projects building on Mintlayer: technical onboarding support and documentation walkthroughs
• Maintain the Mintlayer ecosystem project directory
• Support ecosystem projects through integration challenges
• Track ecosystem KPIs and produce regular health reports
• Coordinate logistics for hackathons, ecosystem workshops, and developer events
• Manage ecosystem community channels

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years crypto ecosystem, community, or developer programs
• Organized project management skills — tracks many workstreams simultaneously
• Technical enough to review grant applications and integration proposals
• Genuinely passionate about Bitcoin-adjacent infrastructure
