ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for two DevRel / Support Engineers to join our Dubai team. You will be the primary technical voice within our community — supporting developers on Discord, Telegram, and GitHub, while also representing Mintlayer at global conferences and hackathons. This role is for engineers who love to code but also love to talk to people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Community Support: actively manage technical queries in developer channels (Discord/StackOverflow/GitHub)
• Developer Advocacy: gather feedback from the community and translate it into feature requests for the MWS and Protocol teams
• Hackathons & Events: represent Mintlayer at major industry events, running workshops and helping developers build their first MWS-powered apps
• Technical Support: handle escalated support tickets from enterprise clients, providing code-level solutions
• Education: create video tutorials, blog posts, and live-coding sessions to showcase the power of the Mintlayer ecosystem

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong technical background (Go/JS preferred) with excellent communication and community building skills
• Comfortable speaking on stage, hosting webinars, or writing technical blog posts
• Patience and empathy when dealing with frustrated users or complex support tickets
• Deep interest in the Bitcoin ecosystem and decentralized infrastructure
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai
