ABOUT THE ROLE
Developers are Mintlayer's most important long-term growth channel. The quality of the documentation, the usability of the SDK, and the clarity of the quick-start tutorial determine whether a developer spends a productive weekend integrating Mintlayer or gives up after two hours. The Developer Relations Lead owns all of that.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Own the Mintlayer developer documentation suite: maintain accuracy, improve coverage, and raise quality
- Write and publish code samples, integration tutorials, and quick-start guides
- Evaluate Mintlayer SDK usability from the perspective of a first-time developer
- Run hackathon programs: prize design, participant support, project evaluation, and follow-up
- Maintain Mintlayer's GitHub presence
- Build relationships with developer community organizers and technical influencers
- Produce a monthly developer experience report: adoption metrics, documentation gaps, and common integration blockers
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years DevRel or technical evangelism at a developer-facing platform
- Writes code samples and reviews SDKs — not a community manager who cannot code
- Experience improving developer documentation to production standard
- Active in crypto developer communities: ETHGlobal, Bitcoin-adjacent hackathons
