Developer Relations Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Developers are Mintlayer's most important long-term growth channel. The quality of the documentation, the usability of the SDK, and the clarity of the quick-start tutorial determine whether a developer spends a productive weekend integrating Mintlayer or gives up after two hours. The Developer Relations Lead owns all of that.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Own the Mintlayer developer documentation suite: maintain accuracy, improve coverage, and raise quality
  • Write and publish code samples, integration tutorials, and quick-start guides
  • Evaluate Mintlayer SDK usability from the perspective of a first-time developer
  • Run hackathon programs: prize design, participant support, project evaluation, and follow-up
  • Maintain Mintlayer's GitHub presence
  • Build relationships with developer community organizers and technical influencers
  • Produce a monthly developer experience report: adoption metrics, documentation gaps, and common integration blockers

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years DevRel or technical evangelism at a developer-facing platform
  • Writes code samples and reviews SDKs — not a community manager who cannot code
  • Experience improving developer documentation to production standard
  • Active in crypto developer communities: ETHGlobal, Bitcoin-adjacent hackathons
