ABOUT THE ROLE

Interest.One's Bitcoin collateral base creates the foundation for a derivatives product suite — options, structured notes, yield products, and synthetic Bitcoin exposures — that institutional allocators and HNWIs cannot easily access elsewhere. The Derivatives Product Lead designs and launches this suite.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Design and develop the Interest.One derivatives product suite: options, structured notes, yield products, and synthetic Bitcoin exposure instruments
• Build the product term sheet templates and pricing frameworks for each derivatives instrument
• Manage exchange and OTC counterparty relationships for derivatives execution: Deribit, CME, and institutional OTC desks
• Develop the regulatory compliance framework for derivatives products under applicable jurisdictions
• Work with the Head of Digital Asset Fund on integrating derivatives into the fund's yield strategy
• Produce marketing materials for derivatives products with the Funds Marketing Manager
• Monitor derivatives market developments and competitive positioning

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years derivatives structuring, trading, or product development
• Experience across both TradFi derivatives and on-chain equivalents
• Understanding of Bitcoin derivatives markets: Deribit, CME, and OTC
• Regulatory awareness of derivatives treatment under MiCA, ADGM, or SEC frameworks
