ABOUT THE ROLE

Mintlayer's community is growing across X, Telegram, Discord, and GitHub — and most of that growth is generating data that no one is fully using yet. The Data Scientist for Marketing builds the analytics foundation that connects community activity to on-chain behavior, campaign attribution to real user acquisition, and ecosystem developer metrics to BD strategy.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Build and own the marketing and growth analytics stack: data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting cadence
• Track and analyze community growth metrics across all Mintlayer channels
• Develop on-chain user behavior analytics: wallet creation trends, DEX participation rates, token issuance activity
• Build campaign attribution models connecting off-chain marketing to on-chain user behavior
• Produce regular growth reports for marketing leadership
• Support BD strategy with ecosystem metrics: developer adoption rates, TVL trends, and protocol usage benchmarks
• Maintain data documentation and reporting standards

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years data science, growth analytics, or marketing analytics
• Experience with crypto ecosystem metrics: wallet growth, DEX volume, TVL trends
• Python, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Metabase, or similar)
• Comfortable presenting to non-technical leadership
