ABOUT THE ROLE

Every institutional partnership Mintlayer closes depends on a compliance function that runs accurately and on time. The Compliance Officer is the person who makes that possible — executing KYC and AML processes, maintaining filings, and ensuring that regulatory relationships with ADGM and VARA are always in good standing.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Execute KYC and AML monitoring for all Mintlayer institutional partners, fund investors, and MWS clients
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings to ADGM and VARA on the required schedule
• Maintain compliance policy documentation: AML policy, KYC procedures, sanctions screening protocols, and training materials
• Manage the onboarding compliance workflow for new institutional partners
• Support the Risk and Compliance Director on regulatory horizon scanning
• Maintain the compliance calendar ensuring all filing deadlines are met
• Assist with compliance training for relevant Mintlayer staff

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3+ years compliance in fintech, crypto, or financial services
• KYC and AML certification (CAMS or equivalent preferred)
• Familiarity with ADGM or VARA compliance requirements
• Detail-oriented — this role lives in documentation
