ABOUT THE ROLE

The gap between what gets sold and what gets delivered is where institutional relationships are won or lost. At Mintlayer, closing an MWS enterprise client is the beginning, not the end — the delivery quality, milestone transparency, and ongoing client health determine whether that client becomes a reference, an expansion, and an advocate.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Own the post-sale delivery lifecycle for all MWS institutional client deployments
• Manage client expectations through transparent communication on timelines, scope changes, and technical dependencies
• Coordinate internal teams on client delivery milestones
• Build and maintain the MWS client delivery playbook
• Monitor client health post-launch: usage metrics, support ticket patterns, and relationship risk indicators
• Escalate material delivery risks before they become client issues
• Build and manage the client delivery team as MWS scales

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7+ years client delivery, professional services, or implementation in enterprise fintech
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder institutional deployments
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management methodology
• Manages both client expectations and internal engineering timelines without losing either
