ABOUT THE ROLE

The mid-market BD pipeline is where the volume lives: MWS enterprise clients, ecosystem protocol integrations, wallet partnerships, and exchange relationships all need someone converting interest into structured commercial agreements. The BD Manager owns that pipeline with discipline.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Own the mid-market BD pipeline: MWS enterprise client acquisition, ecosystem protocol partnerships, and wallet or exchange integrations
  • Convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline and structured commercial conversations
  • Manage enterprise sales processes from initial qualification through to signed commercial agreement
  • Maintain the BD CRM with accurate pipeline status and close date estimates
  • Demo the MWS platform and explain Token Factory capabilities directly to technical and commercial counterparts
  • Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager on transition of closed deals into ongoing account management
  • Report pipeline metrics to the Head of BD and senior leadership

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 4+ years BD or account management in fintech, SaaS, or crypto
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and closing enterprise deals
  • Comfortable with technical product conversations — can demo MWS and explain Token Factory
  • CRM proficiency and structured follow-through on every lead
