ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a talented and driven Business Developer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Bitcoin/blockchain industry and eager to contribute to the growth of Mintlayer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement growth strategies for Mintlayer
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners in the blockchain and DeFi sectors
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies
• Represent Mintlayer at industry conferences and networking events
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent knowledge of the Bitcoin/blockchain industry and DeFi
• Proven experience in business development or related field
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
