ABOUT THE ROLE
Three structured internship positions for people who want to learn institutional BD from inside a live, ambitious protocol company. You will work directly with senior BD professionals on real pipeline opportunities. The program runs 3 to 6 months with a clear path to a permanent hire for top performers.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Conduct research on target institutional accounts: background, investment mandate, decision-maker mapping
- Support outreach campaigns: drafting initial contact emails and managing follow-up sequences
- Assist with pitch deck and presentation preparation
- Maintain CRM data quality
- Produce market research reports on competitor positioning and tokenization market trends
- Support conference preparation: attendee lists, meeting scheduling, and logistics coordination
WHAT YOU BRING
- University student or recent graduate in finance, economics, or business
- Strong research and written communication skills
- Interest in crypto, blockchain, or institutional finance
- Highly organized and proactive without prompting
