ABOUT THE ROLE

Third-party adoption of Mintlayer's tokenization infrastructure is gated entirely by the quality of the developer experience. The API and SDK Lead owns the developer-facing layer of MWS — the design, the SDK, the documentation, and integration support — taking personal responsibility for whether developers succeed or abandon the product.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Own the MWS API and SDK product roadmap: design decisions, versioning strategy, and deprecation policies
• Lead API design for new MWS capabilities: RESTful endpoints, WebSocket event schemas, and blockchain RPC integration patterns
• Build and maintain the MWS SDK across supported languages
• Own the MWS developer documentation: completeness, accuracy, and the quick-start to production path
• Develop and operate the MWS developer integration support function
• Define API performance and reliability standards with the infrastructure team
• Coordinate with the Developer Relations Lead on joint developer education content

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4+ years API product management or SDK engineering
• Experience shipping developer-facing APIs used at scale in production
• Deep understanding of REST, WebSocket, and blockchain RPC patterns
• User empathy for developer experience — has felt the pain of poor documentation firsthand
