ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI/ML Architect to define the intelligence layer of Mintlayer Web Services. MWS is not just about hosting; it is about providing actionable insights from Bitcoin's UTXO data. You will design the frameworks that allow developers to run predictive models, risk scoring, and automated data labeling directly on on-chain and off-chain data.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Architecture Design: design the end-to-end AI architecture for MWS, ensuring it can handle high-throughput blockchain data
• Feature Engineering: identify and implement key data features from the Mintlayer network to power risk-scoring and liquidity models
• Production Deployment: oversee the scaling of ML models within our Go-based microservices architecture
• Collaboration: partner with the Rust Core team to ensure data indexing is optimized for machine learning consumption
• Future-Proofing: stay ahead of RAG and agentic workflows to offer cutting-edge tools to MWS users

REQUIREMENTS

• 4–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with models taken from research all the way to a production environment
• Strong proficiency in Python and a solid understanding of Go or C++
• Experience with MLOps tools and cloud data processing (e.g., Spark, Ray, or specialized vector databases)
• Ability to handle complex, graph-based data structures like the UTXO model
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Dubai
